And so it begins…

Welcome to my new blog! (Or as the ABA sometimes refers to it, my “Blawg”!)  I hope you will find some insight into my profession, practice, and personality.

As I’ve described in my monthly e-newsletters, (LEGAL TRENDS, ODDS & ENDS) I have found myself digging deep to help families affected in some horrific crashes (as well as some “minor” accidents that had some pretty horrific results), and that has left me with a lot less time to devote to the newsletters.  By committing this “blawg” I can write more quickly and often, and a little more in-depth about these cases, and how they have affected me.   Likewise, I can post about how the law directly affects you and how you can take preventative measure to be safe at all times.

If you already view some of my law firm’s YouTube videos or “like” us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter @DaisleyLawGroup, great!  Think of the DaisleyLaw “Blawg” as a turbo-charged version of the e-newsletter and these other links, with more consistent, and (I hope) more relevant information for you!

As always, please let me know what you think by commenting on each and every post you wish.  And of course, contact me anytime you or someone you know has a legal issue.  Even if it’s not involving insurance claims or injury law or civil mediation, I’m happy to help point you in the right direction!
